A new supported living unit was built for this learning disability charity. The new, single-storey building accommodated living units, offices, community facilities and workshops for elderly people with learning difficulties.
A second contract was undertaken, again with the charity, in association with Moat Housing at Longfield in Kent. This project involved the construction of nine bed-sit units in a two-storey building with communal kitchen and dining area.
