Durtnell constructed 14 steel framed, metal clad, BI business units with mezzanine floors, along the London-Bristol railway corridor and finishing beneath the A40 Westway.

The units were built to a tight budget and to accommodate a self-finished, low maintenance design. A combination of roof lights and south-facing glazing provided good natural light.
