The Durtnell Design and Build team constructed a new 1200m house, designed in an arts and craft style.

Externally the main features were the European oak, double glazed windows and large main entrance arch.

Internally the building featured extensive European oak joinery, manufactured in the Durtnell joinery in Brasted: staircases, kitchen, the master bedroom suite and a bar area. Door frames were in European Oak. There was also an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
