Durtnell has carried out extensive alteration and refurbishment works to the existing Grade II Listed mansion situated in the village of Whitchurch.  Works included the part replacement of the roof, the construction of a new Orangery comprising an indoor swimming pool, associated changing areas.  An adjacent sitting area with enclosed walkway linked to a new build indoor tennis and squash court.     

The existing stable block was refurbished to form further leisure facilities and substantial new build works in the courtyard of the house. The project featured extensive joinery works from Durtnell Joinery.
