Laverstoke Park in the village of Whitchurch, Hampshire is a Grade II Listed mansion. Durtnells has carried out extensive alteration and refurbishment works to the existing house including part replacement of the roof. In addition a new Orangery was constructed comprising an indoor swimming pool, associated changing areas and adjacent sitting area with enclosed walkway link to a new build indoor tennis and squash court.

The existing stable block was refurbished to form further leisure facilities and substantial new build works in the courtyard of the house. Features extensive joinery works from Durtnell joinery.
