Durtnell originally constructed a new build, high quality residence for a private client in Chelsea.

Various items of bespoke joinery were created by the Durtnell Joinery.

The contemporary design received a commendation in the Civic Trust Awards.

In 2010 Durtnell were appointed to return to undertake refurbishment works for the new owner.
