Refurbishment of existing large Grade II listed property on constricted site in Mayfair. The project involved extensive piling and temporary support work and excavation to form a large basement area to house the swimming pool, fitness suite, pool room and underground car park.

The existing building was painstakingly restored with replacement of roofing, leadwork, ornate windows and doors. Interior finishes were to extremely high standards and bespoke joinery pieces were produced by the Durtnell Joinery including an 8ft circular teak bath.
