Quality is driven throughout Durtnell from board level downwards. We hold quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2008, but in practice quality for Durtnell means:

Day-to-day quality control is maintained by our experienced site managers who are all time-served tradesmen. We monitor our performance throughout the project lifetime with regular quality audits by our contracts director and contracts manager to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the specification and standards agreed.
After care

Prior to completion of a project, our after care team will visit site to meet the relevant customer personnel who will be responsible for the site. If there is a problem at any stage after we have left site, the team will ensure that an effective repair is implemented with least inconvenience to users of the building.
